In two separate roles, I led the planning and transformed conventional offices into adaptable innovation studios—handling everything from budgeting and contractor oversight to rolling up my sleeves with the team during the final install.

Across both makeovers, I applied design thinking disciplines: empathy interviews, quick-and-dirty prototypes, and iterative tweaks. Combined with other initiatives, I’ve spent nine years studying how space shapes morale, momentum, and outcomes.
