Six years ago, I pitched the idea of an internal communication strategy specifically for our innovation team. What began as a seed has grown into a structured, collaborative effort to inform, inspire, and support more than 4,000 personnel.

I continue to serve as a lead contributor—partnering with our content strategist to develop relevant, audience-tuned resources.

My focus areas include:
