Hackathons and strategic intensives are some of my favorite tools for unlocking momentum. I’ve led and facilitated these events across multiple countries—starting with IMB’s first hackathon in Tokyo, 2017, gathering 20 professionals from tech, UX, and ministry innovation.

Since then, I’ve developed and led global, regional, and hybrid events designed to drive rapid co-creation.

Select outputs include:
⦿ A flexible content system to collect, filter, and distribute globally sourced media and training resources
⦿ A customizable prayer walking and cultural exploration app for frontline teams
⦿ A city engagement tool offering hyperlocal research data and need analysis
⦿ Feature and UX updates to core organizational apps
⦿ Gamification strategies that launched three global initiatives into gamer-centered engagement
⦿ A digital stories app that increased reach among a Middle East demographic

These events combine rapid ideation, cross-functional collaboration, and just enough constraint to force creativity. Each one brings the same result: new solutions, new strategies, and new energy for the mission.

Inspire People. Invest in What Lasts. Maximize the Mission.
